All of our communities, including Page and Greenehaven in Arizona, and Big Water, Church Wells, Clark Bench and Paria in Utah have stunning views of our National Parks and Monuments. Each community offers different amenities, lot set ups, homes for sale, businesses in the area but all are rich in outdoor opportunities. 

Our communities are blessed with the abundant natural beauty of our red terrain, natural beauty, Lake Powell, and the Colorado River. We have city parks, tennis courts, basket ball courts, a concert association, community centers, food banks, and the Powell Museum. Visitor centers and both the Glen Canyon Dam and in Big Water at the Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument which offer information for locals and tourists alike providing excellent educational opportunities.

The explorers come from all over the world to view Horseshoe Bend on the Colorado River, Antelope Slot Canyon of the Navajo Reservation, and to recreate on scenic Lake Powell.
